Goals are what take us forward in life; they are the oxygen to our dreams. They are the first steps to every journey we take and are also our last. Keeping this in mind a goal setting session was conducted in Noel School, Akola for Grade 10 students on 22nd June, 2022 by Dr. Rupali Sawale Madam, the Director of Takshila Aayurveda. The Directors of School, Mr. Anosh Manwar Sir and Mrs. Arpana Dongre Madam also attended the session. The workshop was hosted by Rupali Kukade madam. The resources person Dr. Rupali Sawale Madam encouraged students to set (SMART) Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Bound goals. Students should set SMART goals to be smarter in their lives. She made the children believe that one must set a goal that makes him/her jump out of the bed in the morning. It was an interactive and an enlightening workshop. The overall session was very informative for everyone present for the workshop.
